Before We End, Why We Started.

Apricity means “the warmth of the sun in winter”, which is what happened in the living room of my best friend, on a Saturday in December of 2014. She had been managing 6 autoimmune diseases with diet and hadn’t had a treat in 4 years. I accidentally created a caramel that she could eat without giving her a 3-day migraine. She screamed in delight. Then she might have done some sobbing (she’s fuzzy on that bit. I’m not). Regardless, Sweet Apricity was born in that moment. 

While my story with this company is drawing to a close, her story is not, and there is so much hope and inspiration to be gleaned. Here’s an introduction. You can support her on Patreon or marvel at her on Instagram.
