Refund policy
If your product arrives in a damaged state, or is not as you expected, please reach out to us at orders@sweetapricity.com and let us know what went wrong. We ask for photo documentation of the issue.
Once the issue has been identified, we will either send new product, or at the client’s request, issue a refund.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
