1. Place as many or as few marshmallows on top of your already cooked Sweet Potato Casserole. (You can find our favorite recipe HERE)
2oz bag of vanilla marshmallows have approximately 15 marshmallows.
8oz bag of vanilla marshmallows have approximately 55 marshmallows
2. Place an oven rack approximately 6 inches from the broiler and turn the oven to Broil - High.
3. Place the casserole under the broiler and broil for 40-45 seconds (or until desired color/texture).
4. Serve immediately.

2. Use a Creme Brûlée torch to toast the marshmallows to your desired color/texture (pictured on the left). You can find one HERE.
