Our Salted Caramel Lily Puffs are made from popped water lily seeds and are covered in our Sea Salted Caramel Sauce so you can indulge in a delicious snack without any guilt! They're just like caramel corn, but are Paleo/AIP stage 2 re-intro, dairy-free, non-GMO, grain-free, and made with simple and healthy ingredients! We were inspired to create our Lily Puffs after feeling nostalgic for warm evenings at the carnival, nights out at the movies, and snacking on freshly popped caramel corn.

They are everything I didn't know I needed for a sweets craving! I love that with all of my dietary restrictions for my autoimmune disease, I can finally enjoy something symptom and guilt-free!!!

Delicious!

This might be my favorite of the Sweet Apricity products. I am in Stage 2 Reintro of AIP so I was super excited to try these - and they are AMAZING! Light, sweet, crunchy, and the best little treat. My only criticism? The bag is too small! ;-)

Taste almost like caramel corn

As a family who has a lot of food allergies, this was a great crunchy, tasty snack that reminded us of when we could eat caramel corn. So yummy!
